Statement:
The following are some of the things I try to accomplish in my paintings.
Foremost, I wish each painting to provide fresh insights to both myself and
others. I strive not to be overly consumed by a developed style or convention.
Creating and observing art has always been a passion and all work produced is
in some way related to my personal experiences.
Biography: I grew up in the Tallahassee area earning a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art at Florida State University where I was fortunate to have an outstanding cadre of art instructors that included Karl Zerbe, Fred Holschuh, Florence Kava and Rudolph Jegart. Subsequently I earned a Masters Degree at Syracuse University.
